Installation Notes

The S53-6190-100 should be installed after inspecting the driver-side overhead visor mounting location, checking the existing attachment hardware, and examining the surrounding headliner for damage that could interfere with proper positioning. After securing the visor, move it through its available adjustment range, confirm that it remains supported in the selected position, and verify that the mirror and visor assembly do not obstruct nearby interior components.

Always verify the original visor part number, driver-side orientation, Kenworth cab configuration, mirror arrangement, mounting points, and overhead clearance before installation.
