Welcome to Line Truck Parts LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and any purchases made through our website or approved sales channels.

For purposes of these Terms, Line Truck Parts LLC may be referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. United States Sales and Service Only

Line Truck Parts LLC currently sells and provides service to customers within the United States.

We do not currently offer sales, shipping, or customer service for orders outside the United States unless otherwise agreed in writing by Line Truck Parts LLC.

3. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you are using the website under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized business representative.

The customer is responsible for confirming that the product, part number, specifications, and application are correct before placing an order.

5. Product Condition

Products sold by Line Truck Parts LLC may be listed as new, new open box, new surplus, used, remanufactured, discontinued, obsolete, or another condition category clearly stated on the product page, quote, invoice, or order confirmation.

The product condition will be described as accurately as reasonably possible. Customers should review the product condition before placing an order.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.

Line Truck Parts LLC reserves the right to review, accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, supplier availability, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or incorrect product information.

An order is considered accepted only when it has been confirmed by Line Truck Parts LLC and payment has been successfully processed.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices, correct pricing errors, modify product availability, or cancel an order affected by an error. If an order is canceled due to a pricing or availability issue, we will notify the customer and issue a refund for any amount paid for the canceled item.

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by Line Truck Parts LLC.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, warehouse processing, supplier availability, weather conditions, address accuracy, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Line Truck Parts LLC is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage may transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided or otherwise transferred to the carrier, subject to applicable law and the specific shipping terms of the order.

9. Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order must contact Line Truck Parts LLC as soon as possible.

A cancellation request is not automatically guaranteed. Cancellation requests must be reviewed based on order status, payment status, supplier status, warehouse activity, and shipment status.

If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, specially ordered, or released to a supplier or carrier, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may need to be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.

Certain products may be non-cancelable, non-returnable, or subject to a restocking fee, including special order, non-stock, custom-sourced, discontinued, obsolete, or specifically procured items.

Line Truck Parts LLC may provide product information, part numbers, descriptions, and general assistance; however, the customer is responsible for verifying that the product is suitable for the customer’s specific vehicle, equipment, application, or intended use.

We are not responsible for incorrect product selection, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to confirm compatibility before purchase.

Installation should be performed by a qualified professional when applicable.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless a specific written warranty is provided with the product or required by applicable law, products are sold as described at the time of sale.

Line Truck Parts LLC does not manufacture the products sold on the website and does not make any manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Line Truck Parts LLC disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Line Truck Parts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, downtime, labor costs, installation costs, diagnostic costs, towing costs, replacement costs, or damage resulting from improper product selection, installation, use, or handling.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Accuracy of Account and Order Information

The customer agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases.

Line Truck Parts LLC is not responsible for order delays, failed delivery, payment issues, or communication problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
